Due to the artisanal nature of Murano glass:

4. Ordering Process

To place an order:

Submitting an order constitutes a binding offer to purchase and creates an obligation to pay the total amount indicated at checkout.

7. Production and Delivery

Many products, including chandeliers, are handcrafted and may be produced to order.

Estimated production and delivery times are indicated on the product page or during checkout.

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Upon delivery, customers are required to inspect the package and report any visible damage immediately.

SoloCoseBelle is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs procedures, force majeure events, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear written communication to:

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you or a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • You will be refunded for all payments received, including standard delivery costs (if applicable).

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

The refund may be withheld until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

The buyer is responsible for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Products manufactured according to the customer's specific design or specifications

If a product is made to order, this exception will apply where clearly indicated.

10. Legal Guarantee

In accordance with European legislation, consumers are entitled to a legal guarantee of conformity for a minimum period of 2 years from delivery.

This guarantee covers manufacturing defects.

It does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper installation

  • Incorrect use

  • Accidental damage

  • Normal wear and tear

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SoloCoseBelle shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages not reasonably foreseeable at the time of purchase.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
