Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.

Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

For goods, the withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, physically receive the goods. In the case of multiple items ordered in one order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you receive the last item.

You may use the withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Your name and contact details

  • The reason for return, if you wish to provide it

Once we receive your request, we will provide the necessary return instructions.

Return Conditions

The item must be returned without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Returned items must be:

  • In the same condition in which they were received

  • Unused and undamaged

  • Carefully and securely packed for return shipping

  • Returned with the original packaging where possible, especially for fragile items

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

Return Shipping Costs

The direct cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, especially for fragile, vintage, glass, lighting or high-value items, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping arranged by the customer.

For large, heavy or fragile items that cannot normally be returned by standard postal service, return shipping costs may vary depending on the destination, size and carrier. Estimated return shipping costs may be up to [insert estimated maximum amount] EUR, depending on the item and destination.

Refunds

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs originally paid.

We are not required to refund any additional delivery costs if you expressly chose a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery option offered at checkout.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have shipped the goods back, whichever occurs first.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available depending on product availability. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us before returning it.

Please note that exchanges are not guaranteed and may depend on stock, item condition and product type.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Items made to order

  • Custom-made or clearly personalized items

  • Items produced or modified according to the customer’s specific request

  • Any other products excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
