FOR BIDDERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION: The piece is located in Italy and perhaps the buyer will have to pay import taxes, which have varying amounts depending on the country of purchase.

SHIPMENT DAMAGE: We guarantee extremely professional packaging to preserve the goods. Sometimes damage may occur: if this is the case, please take a picture of the broken piece in the packaging and email it to us immediately.
